Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We offer shipping across South Africa. Delivery times vary by location — typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping We may ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times and costs will vary. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at helpvigoro@gmail.com and we will assist you.
